The YZR-H series of marine lifting and metallurgical three-phase asynchronous motors have the characteristics of high overload capacity and high mechanical strength, especially suitable for driving various types of lifting and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment. YZR-H series marine lifting and the metallurgical three-phase asynchronous motor is the rotor motor. The YZR-H series motors are brush-held with the latest design of constant voltage springs, and the pressure between the collector ring and the brush remains the same when the brush is worn out in operation.
The motor can operate properly under the following conditions:
ambient temperature not exceeding 40 ° C (for general environmental use);
No more than 1000m above sea level;
regular mechanical vibration and shock;
Power: 0.75~100kW
Voltage:380V
Frequency:50Hz
Protection class: IP44
Insulation: F
Ambient Temperature: ≤40℃

The working systems of this series of motors are divided into eight types: S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9
S340% (i.e. working at S3, 40% load duration, 10 minutes per cycle). The following are several of the most commonly used working systems for this series of motors.
Operating at a given time under a constant load, the motor is not sufficiently thermally stable during that time, and then downtime and energy loss are sufficient for the difference between the temperature of the motor and the cooling medium to be within 2K.
Run by a list of the same working cycles, each including a constant load run time and a downtime and outage time. In this type of work, the start current per cycle does not have a significant effect on heating.
Run by a list of the same working cycles, each including a period of startup time with a significant impact on heating, a period of constant load run time, and a period of downtime and outage time.
