YB3 High Efficiency Explosion-proof Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

YB3 series high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan cooling high-efficiency motor. This series of products replaces the original YB2 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor, and its efficiency meets the requirements of the GB18613-2012 energy efficiency grade 3 standard.

This series of products have the characteristics of excellent performance, safe and reliable use, low vibration and low noise, and meets the requirements of environmental protection; its production equipment adopts advanced CNC machine tool equipment, adopts advanced insulation structure design and manufacturing process, and adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel. Sheets and high-quality bearings that have undergone strict quality inspection and control.

This series of motors comply with GB755-2008 “Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines”. Its explosion-proof performance meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment” and GB3836.2-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure “d””, respectively Flameproof Gb, ExcIIBT4 Gb, ExdIICT4 Gb. It is used in places where there are IIA, IIB, and IIC, and the temperature group is the explosive mixture of flammable gas, vapour and air of the T1-T4 group.
