YB3-H series flameproof high-efficiency marine three-phase asynchronous motor is a new product successfully developed on the basis of the YB2 series motor combined with the current new technologies in electromagnetic structure, technology and materials at home and abroad. It has the advantages of large margins, long life, good performance, low noise, advanced explosion-proof structure, high reliability, and convenient use and maintenance.
It is used in places where there are IIA, IIB, and IIC, and the temperature group is the explosive mixture of flammable gas, vapour and air of the T1-T4 group. The electric motors are applied for driving various machines on ships such as marine pumps, marine winches, marine capstan, marine cranes, marine generators, marine windlass, marine separators and other marine auxiliaries…
The efficiency index of this series of motors conforms to GB18613–2012 “Limited Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors”. This series of motors comply with GB755-2008 “Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines”. Its explosion-proof performance meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Environment—Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment” and GB3836.2-2010 “Explosive Environment—Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure “d””, respectively Explosion-proof Gb, ExcIIBT4 Gb, ExdIICT4 Gb are suitable for dangerous places with explosive gas atmospheres in underground coal mines (non-excavation working face) and factories with grades IA, IB and IC, and temperature groups T1 ~ T4. This motor also adopts JB/T 5273 “Technical Conditions for Y-H Series (IP44) Marine Three-phase Asynchronous Motors” and JB/T 7595 “Technical Conditions for YZ-H Series Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for Marine Lifting”. Heavy-duty flameproof motor. The enclosure protection grade of this series of motors is IP56, and the cooling method is IC411, which meets the conditions of marine use.
