Marine Explosion proof Motor Yb3

Marine explosion-proof motor YB3 is used in the place of the explosive mixture formed by combustible gas, vapour and air in ships with IIA, IIB, IIC, temperature group T1-T4. It is used to drive various machinery on ships such as marine pumps, marine winches, marine winches, marine cranes, marine generators, marine anchor lifters, marine separators and other marine auxiliary equipment.

The efficiency index of this series of motors conforms to GB18613-2012 “Small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motor efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade” motor energy efficiency grade 2, and its power grade and installation size conform to IEC standard and are the same as YB2 series motors. This series of motors conform to GB755- 2008 “Rotating Motor Rating and Performance”. Its explosion-proof performance conforms to the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment” and GB3836.2-2010 “Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion-proof Enclosure “d””. They are made into explosion-proof Gb, ExcIIBT4 Gb, and ExdIICT4 Gb, respectively, and are suitable for use in hazardous locations in underground coal mines (non-mining workings) and plants with IA, IB, IC levels and temperature groups T1 ~ T4 in explosive gas environments. The motor also adopts JB/T 5273 “Y-H series ( IP44 ) marine three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions” and JB/T 7595 “YZ-H series marine lifting three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions”, this series of motors can be made into heavy-duty explosion-proof motors. The shell protection level of this series motor is IP56, and the cooling method is IC411, which can meet the conditions of marine use.
