HSM6 series hydraulic motor Main Characteristics:

• Because there is no gap between the piston and the bearing sleeve through the clasp, this series of hydraulic motors can operate under the pump condition, and the motor can rotate at high speed under the freewheel condition when the oil inlet is closed.
• This series of hydraulic motors have high pressure and the highest pressure can reach 31.5MPa. Lightweight, small size and high power.
• Because of its simple structure, reasonable design and large capacity bearings, it has the advantages of reliable operation, long life and low noise. The transmission shaft is allowed to bear radial force and the direction of rotation is reversible.
• The plane distributor is simple and reliable, has good tightness and has little leakage. The piston and the pendulum cylinder are sealed with plastic pistons without leakage, so it has high volumetric efficiency (up to 98%).
• Because the friction loss is reduced and the sealing performance is improved in structure, the low-speed stability is good, it can run smoothly under 10r/min operating conditions, and the speed regulation range is wide (the speed regulation ratio can reach 1000).
• Because there is no lateral force between the piston and the pendulum cylinder, the bottom of the piston is designed to be hydrostatic balance, and the torque is transferred between the piston and the crankshaft through rolling bearings, all of which reduce the friction loss in the process of force transmission. Therefore, the HSM series hydraulic motor has the characteristics of high mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (the mechanical efficiency is more than 92% at startup).
