Y-series Marine Water Pump Motors

The Y series marine water pump motor is a fully enclosed self-cooled rat cage-type three-phase asynchronous motor. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, high reliability and long life. Y series marine water pump motors have unique electrical properties such as soft mechanical characteristics, good linearity and wide speed regulation range. When the load increases, its speed drops and the torque increases. A small load change can cause a corresponding change in rotational speed. A slight change in the supply voltage can cause a corresponding change in the rpm torque. Installation dimensions and power ratings are fully compliant with IEC standards. Class B insulation with IP 44 shell protection and IC411 cooling. Voltage rating is 380V, frequency rating is 50Hz, 3kW and below are “Y” connections, 4kW above are “△” connections.
