To ensure that the marine motor is always in good working condition, the motor should be regularly maintained and maintained. The content of maintenance and maintenance depends on the actual condition of the motor. Generally divided into daily maintenance and regular maintenance. “The following introduces the maintenance and maintenance knowledge of the motor in general and the maintenance requirements of the motor in a special environment.
The main content of daily maintenance of marine motors is to clean the motor. It includes the cleaning of the motor and the environment where the motor is installed. The cleaning of the motor is mainly to remove the dirt and putty on its surface to ensure the normal operation and heat dissipation of the motor. For example, check the ventilation of the holes on the fan cover of the enclosed motor, whether the ventilation grooves are kept clean; whether the ventilation holes of the protective motor are unobstructed, wipe and blow the ends of the stator windings of the protective motor without removing the end cover; For the motor, use a hair dryer to blow off the carbon powder and dust near the winding end and the commutator.
The AC motor is maintained for 6 months, and the DC motor is maintained once every 2-3 months. The maintenance scope is:
(1) Open the ventilation hood and clean locally, such as the commutator of the DC motor or the slip ring of the AC wound motor and the carbon brush holder on the slip ring of the separately excited synchronous generator. Check if the carbon brush position moves.
(2) Check whether there are black spots, groove marks, patina, etc. on the commutator (or slip ring). If necessary, clean it.
(3) Check the height of the mica sheet between the commutator segments of the DC motor, it should be lower than 0.5mm of the commutator segment, otherwise, it needs to be repaired by pulling grooves.
(4) Adjust the pressure of the carbon brush according to the condition of the spark. Generally, the pressure of the carbon brush to the commutator is in the range of 10-32kPa, and the pressure difference of the parallel carbon brush to the commutator does not exceed 10%.
(5) When the carbon brush is worn to 2/3 of the original length, it should be replaced according to the carbon brush of the same specification, and the contact area between the carbon brush and the commutator (or slip ring) must be more than 70%.
(6) Check whether the water tightness of the electric motors (such as cargo cranes, windlasses, etc.) used for deck assistance is good.
The AC motor is maintained for 1 year and the DC motor is maintained once every 6 months. The maintenance scope is:
(1) Clean the ventilation system and check whether the fan blades and balance blocks are deformed, loose or damaged.
(2) In order to make the synchronous generator slip ring wear evenly, change the polarity if necessary.
(3) Check whether the bearing grease is deteriorated, and add grease if necessary.
(4) Check whether the rotor is rubbing against the stator core, and check whether other parts are loose.
(5) Check whether the coupling is normal.
The AC motor is maintained for 3 to 4 years, and the DC motor is maintained once every 2-3 years. The specific contents are:
(1) All motors are disassembled and cleaned.
(2) Measure the insulation resistance of each coil of stator and rotor, and carry out insulation treatment when it is lower than the standard value.
(3) Check whether the coils are loose, short-circuited, open-circuited, etc., and treat and bandage the places with scratches or overheating and ageing.
(4) Check the wear degree of the commutator and slip ring.
(5) Check whether the wire hoop and the tie wire are loose.
(6) Check the bearing and replace the grease.
(7) Check the commutator. Protrusions, spots and sparks of the motor. When it exceeds the requirements, the commutator should be lit car, and pull grooves and chamfers.
